They charge a fitting fee for contact lenses without mentioning ahead. I’ve been using daily disposal contact lenses for over 11 years. Always been ordering at Costco. Never had a problem. Since this store is close to me so I tried it, I though spend a bit more while not getting crowded may save me some time. But this has became such a wast of time. The optician and the asian girl at the front desk was very nice, but the French sales girl gave me empty promises and false information which had cost me much more time than needed. She also sounds kind and innocent but just not getting to the point. I am writing this after almost two weeks because she gave me false information again. I even told her to ask the optician to confirm on some information right after the exam. She said the optician was busy in a careless manner, but still sound nice and caring. That was hypocritical. She definitely lack of customer service experiences. I have got to a point so I must write this review, I may delete this review because I understand no one is perfect and we are going through a tough time worldwide. But I didn’t felt got respected by the employee.

This store just opened next to my place so I went and take a look. I was very surprised with all the selection that they have. The staff were super nice and the store is aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be buying from them soon.
